| There are three ppl that work at PST of which I spoke to the office personel. If what she told me was wrong then there is nothing I can do about that. I publicly apologize if you feel that you were lied to but that is definitely not the case. That is why I offered you my aluminum DS instead of the PST based on the information that I was given. Now I get looked upon as the bad guy for information I was told. Is it fair...NO....am I responsible for an item that I was told isn't in stock but apparently is?...NO....Am I an individual to lie to you?....NO DEF NOT!! Before you even posted did you even think about getting in contact with me prior to posting this thread? You mentioned you called but did you PM me or email me? NO....so before you can ever give me the chance to go over everything and ensure things are exactly how I was told and explained you come on here to stir a pot and create problems. This is my ultimate question to all members/customers. What result are you looking for when you post threads like this? What is it that you get out of posting a thread like this? Do you feel some sort of accomplishment at all? Is there a sense of pride that happens to come over you because others will pitch in on a situation they are not even remotely part of? Do you just like making posts to start problems? I don't know but what I do know is that before individuals start hopping the fence about situations...contact the individual first and then and only then will you be able to settle any and all issues. Posting threads is a waste of time and as a result of it puts everyone else in a decision making role to never deal with others based on a statement that was told to you. Everyone that has ever emailed me or PM'd me I"ve gotten back to. Even when I get back to them maybe an hour or so later they are still upset that I didn't get back to them immediately of which is getting a bit rediculous if you ask me because no one sits on this forum every minute of every hour and I for one have too much to do to even begin to want to sit on this forum. The overall message is this. Leave things business wise behind closed doors. Don't make threads and state accusations about something before you have any info. Remember that there is always a resolution to any problem but ranting in a thread will never be the avenue to fixing it.
BTW Tom...you never emailed me....so you posting this thread is extremely out of line.
Im going to respect your wishes however and refund your money if you feel that you were lied to. For everyone else who feels negatively about AMZ....only time will tell I suppose. Im not an individual to sit and fight online anymore. Im not going to sit here and type pitty to anyone either. Facts are facts and accusations are just that.
